Our service over Christmas and New Year

Existing customers

Our Nottingham on Call service will available to our existing customers 24 hours a day, every day, as always throughout the Christmas and new year period.

New customers and customer enquiries

We'll be running a reduced service over Christmas for new service enquiries and installations with our office hours over Christmas and new year, listed below.

For us to aim to have new customer equipment installed by Friday 23 December, a fully completed referral must be received by no later than Wednesday 14 December.

However, this will also be dependent upon the numbers of referrals we receive and being able to access addresses to complete the installations.

Referrals received after Wednesday 14 December will be installed from Tuesday 3 January onwards.

Between Wednesday 28 December and Friday 30 December installations will only be completed to support a hospital discharge.

Office hours over Christmas and New Year

Friday 23 December - 8.30am to 3pm

Wednesday 28 December - 8.30am to 5pm

Thursday 29 December - 8.30am to 5pm

Friday 30 December - 8.30am to 3pm

Tuesday 3 January onwards - normal office hours, 8.30am to 5pm
