Support Packages
We have a range of packages available to you, which we have built based on our years of experience responding to alarm calls from the residents in the greater Nottingham area.
Each package has been developed to provide the right type of assistance you need to help you feel happier, safer and more independent in your own home, and even when outdoors.
Although we have developed a few options, we do understand that not everyone is the same. We will always be happy to adapt any of these packages to your individual requirements, or to create bespoke packages from scratch, if that’s what works for you.

Reassurance Package
For as little as £6.29 (plus VAT) per week, we will provide you with:
A Lifeline System
This system is connected to your landline and provides a direct link to the Nottingham on Call contact centre 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A Pendant Alarm
The pendant alarm links to your lifeline system and allows you to press it wherever you are in the home to contact Nottingham on Call. This can be worn around the neck or on your wrist.
Local Call Centre
Our service from a trained professional, based just down the road. Our call centre staff have local knowledge meaning we can offer you the fastest response possible.
Caring Operators
Operators who will stay on the line with you, until additional help arrives at your door.
A Mobile Response
Our mobile response is for non-medical or care related emergencies, if required. This is also available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year*

The GO! Package
The GO! has been designed for the more active user. Just because someone is older, or more vulnerable, it doesn't mean they can't have their independence, which includes leaving the house. To find out more about the GO! Click Here

The GO! Alarm Pendant
The GO! has been designed to work inside and outside of your home, you can take it with you in the garden, at the shops, in fact it works anywhere in the UK.

Falls package
If you are worried about having a fall in your home and needing to raise an alert, then you may want to consider our Falls Package.
This package includes everything in our Reassurance package with an added falls detector, which is worn on the wrist. This will automatically raise an alert if you have a hard fall. The falls detector also has an alert button, so if you fall and are unable to get up, you can raise an alert by pressing the button
The Falls Package is £7.44 per week (ex VAT).
Daily Reassurance Package
The Daily reassurance package includes everything in our Reassurance package, for an extra £3.50 (plus VAT) per week, you’ll get a daily phone call from a member of our team. This can be arranged at a time of your choosing and can be booked and changed on a weekly basis.
Key safe available on all packages
For an extra 75p per week, all of these packages can include a police-approved key safe to allow ease of access in an emergency situation.
Bespoke Packages
We can create bespoke packages to meet your individual needs. To learn more about the items we offer, please view our full list of equipment. Bespoke packages are priced individually based on the combination of equipment you need.
Installation
We charge an initial installation fee of just £30. During your installation, one of our friendly and skilled engineers will install and test your equipment, walk you through how to use the technology and explain how the service operates.
Funding Help
You may be eligible to have some of the cost of our service discounted. This is if you live in Nottingham City and are in receipt of a long term funded social care package assessed and funded by Nottingham City Council. Call us on 0115 746 9101 to discuss.
