What makes us different?


We know how important it is to our customers that we are based locally. When you press your digital alarm button or pendant, the voice you hear on the other end will be someone who lives locally, someone who knows the roads, the different parts of the city and the area in which you live.

Not only do we have a local team on the end of a phone, but we also have our local response service – something we’re very proud of, and something few other care alarm monitoring services can offer.

The local response service means we have some designated Nottingham on Call vehicles available at our head office in the heart of the city, ready to attend a non-medical emergency as soon as we are aware of it, and it is appropriate. 

If you are in need of urgent assistance and there is nobody available nearby to get to you, know that you are not alone. The Nottingham on Call team is on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round, to provide that service to you.

This service isn’t always needed. There are many of our customers who have family, friends or neighbours, who are able to get to them to handle non-medical emergencies, as soon as we contact them.

However we know to some, our local response service offers a reassurance and peace of mind that you can’t get from every care alarm service. We’re proud to be able to make that difference to people’s lives.
