Areas we cover

Nottingham on Call provides a full monitoring and installation service to residents living within the City of Nottingham and the neighbouring local authority areas: 

The service is not provided to residents living within Mansfield, Newark and Sherwood, and Bassetlaw local authority areas. People living in those local authority areas are advised to contact the local care alarm / lifeline service.

A full monitoring and response service is only provided to residents living in areas which can be reached within 30 minutes of the Nottingham on Call base in Beechdale. This boundary of full service provision is set out on the map. Where a service is required for customers living in Ashfield, Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe local authority areas which fall outside of the full service line, then a monitoring only service will available. This means that Nottingham on Call staff will not attend the property where any alerts are raised – these will only be raised with next of kin or emergency services.

All areas outside of these areas within the local authority areas will be provided with a monitoring only service.
