Nottingham on Call welcomes 700 customers from Gedling

Nottingham on Call is pleased to announce that as of 1 April, it will be taking on around 700 private alarm customers who live in the Gedling area of Nottingham.

They will be moving over from their previous provider Jigsaw Homes and Nottingham on Call is thrilled to welcome them.

These customers won’t notice too much of a difference as they previously were already connected to Nottingham on Call’s care alarm monitoring service so this will continue as normal.

However, it will now mean they can also access NoC's other services such as its mobile response teams who are out and about in the community responding to customers’ needs.

They will also now be able to access all of the additional equipment that Nottingham on Call offers plus our Falls Lifting service.

Jigsaw has made the decision to transfer to NoC due to its longstanding good working relationship. It was also very impressed with NoC’s expertise with regards to the analogue to digital switchover.

Between now and December 2025 NoC will provide these customers with a digital care alarm to maker sure that it is able to respond to their needs after the shut-down of the analogue phone network.

Nottingham on Call is delighted to welcome these customers on board and will now be actively promoting its services throughout Gedling Borough.
