Feedback From Our Customers

The family of one of our wonderful customers wrote a letter of thanks to us after the sad passing of their Father.
When Mr Archer passed away recently after living with Alzheimer's for the past few years, his son Stephen wanted to write to Nottingham On Call to thank them directly.

The letter said:

I wanted to take the time to pass on my sincere compliments to you and all the team at Nottingham on Call.  I know I could have said this over the phone but wanted to make sure the Service Manager heard what I had to say.

The service you offer and the way you offer the service is absolutely brilliant especially for families like us where dad had Alzheimer’s and it is hard enough coping with the diagnosis let alone knowing what to do and where to ask for help.  You were there the minute dad came home from  hospital to fit all the equipment he needed, it just happened, no mess no fuss and it made things very easy for us as a family and you continued to make things easy for us throughout the 3.5 years dad received your invaluable service.

My sister and I cannot thank you and your team enough for what you have done for us as a family and how you have supported and cared for our dad, there was just no problems at all and you were even pro-active in helping us with other services and suggestion that we could consider to support us and dad, which was really helpful.

So from the Archer family, thank you so much, your service has and continues to make such a difference to us and families like us and you should be proud of what you do, we will be forever grateful.
