Personal smart devices and apps are changing how people manage health and social care at home.

Smart speakers and apps that you can download on your phones and devices can all help with independence and safety and wellbeing -  especially for older adults, people with disabilities, and those with chronic conditions.

At Nottingham on Call we have a wide range of equipment and technology to help you live as independently as you can at home or when you're out and about.

And we have a range of support packages that are designed to offer you what you need to feel safer, happier and more independent in your home.

But there is also a wide range of support that you can access through smart devices and apps that can compliment the services that we offer to help you manage your health and social care needs at home.

Notts Help Yourself

Notts Help Yourself is a website that's been produced in partnership with Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council that has lots of information, advice and guides explaining how smart devices and apps can support your health, wellbeing and independence at home.

Take a look at the short explainer video they've produced below and go to the Notts Help Yourself website to find out how smart technology can help you or a loved one.
