Key Safe
The key safe is one of our most popular devices and highly recommended to all our customers. This is a small box with a combination lock on it, in which a spare set of house keys can be stored. Nottingham on Call’s key safes are the only device of their kind to be ‘police-approved’ and allow ease of access in an emergency situation.
First and foremost, key safes can be incredibly convenient. Instead of carrying a set of keys with you or hiding them somewhere on your property, you can simply store them in the key safe and grant access to anyone who needs it. This can be especially useful if you have frequent visitors or if you need to provide access to Nottingham On Call or other service providers.

Beverley had always been independent, so when she started to loose her mobility and confidence she became a Nottingham On Call customer with a care alarm and pendant button.
Months later when Beverley fell at home and couldn't get up, she was hesitant to call for help. She didn't want to burden her neighbours. With a simple press of her pendant alarm she alerted our Nottingham based call centre. After discussing her sutuation an ambulance was called for.
As part of the Nottingham On Call package, we installed a key safe outside Beverley's home, this enabled the paramedics easy access to the property to help Beverley and take her to hospital to assess her injuries.
After being throughly checked over, Beverley was released from hospital and is now recovering well at home.
