Areas we cover
Nottingham on Call provides a full monitoring and installation service to residents living within the City of Nottingham and the neighbouring local authority areas. This area is defined by postcode.
A full list of valid postcodes for our full response and monitoring service are coloured in blue on the below map and shown in the drop down box.
The area shown in light green is a monitoring only service. This means in an emergency, simply press the red button on the lifeline pendant and our team will respond. The situation is assessed over the lifeline base unit loudspeaker, and help is arranged in the form of emergency contacts and, if needed, the emergency services.
A full monitoring and response service is only provided to residents living in areas which can be reached within 30 minutes of the Nottingham on Call base in Beechdale. This boundary of full service provision is set out on the map and defined by postcode boundary, eg: NGXX X.
The monitoring only service means that Nottingham on Call staff will not attend the property where any alerts are raised – these will only be raised with next of kin or emergency services.
