Newark Housing Association joins forces with NOC

We are pleased to announce our new partnership with Newark Housing Association as we take on the monitoring service for their digital care alarms.

As a forward thinking landlord, Newark HA has moved swiftly to upgrade its alarm infrastructure, ahead of the 2025 analogue phone network switch off.

Newark's existing monitoring centre wasn’t able to take digital connections and so they came to NOC to ask for support. At NOC we already have a digital-ready monitoring platform and capacity to support the service.

Head of NOC, Antony Dixon, said: "We're delighted to be working in partnership with Newark Housing Association, as they plan for the future digital switchover.
