Nottingham on Call (NOC) is delighted to have been awarded new contracts with a number of organisations for both out of hours repairs and care alarm call monitoring.
During April and May 2022 NOC has taken on care alarm monitoring on behalf of ACIS (social landlord) and Freemans and Trinity Almshouses. Within this time period we have also commenced out of hours repairs call monitoring for PJ Lilley, Leicester Lettings, Lifeways and Wards Conveyancing.
Nottingham on Call is digital ready and is able to handle care alarm activations via both digital and analogue channels.
Our highly trained staff now provide 24/7 care alarm monitoring on behalf of over 20 organisations.
They are happy to provide advice and support to organisations who still need to transition from analogue to digital infrastructure ahead of the 2025 PSTN phone network switch off.
Nottingham on Call also provides out of hours emergency repair call handling for 27,000 Nottingham City Council homes.
It is able to provide this professional and reliable service for other private and social landlords and supported housing providers at all times of the year including Christmas and other public holidays.
