At our Nottingham-based contact centre, our friendly local team will be on the end of the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year round.
This dedicated team takes more than 30,000 calls every month, 1,000 of which are critical and require an urgent response. Our call-centre operators are all trained in how best to deal with crisis situations, and are skilled in dealing with people in distress, while still alerting family, friends, or the emergency services.
Once you sign up to our Nottingham on Call service, a member of our team will visit your home to install your personal care alarm. This comes with a base unit, which is installed in your home using a phone line. This base unit responds to the button on a pendant, which you can wear around your neck or wrist. If you have a fall, are feeling very unwell, or are in need of help or assistance for whatever reason, you can press the button on your pendant and it will instantly call through to our contact centre.
